In alignment with the strategic planning and development needs of the Europe Operations Company, the Construction Manager is primarily responsible for CAPEX construction projects. The role focuses on lifecycle management and implementation of construction projects, aiming to achieve the annual CAPEX investment plan.
Responsibilities and Functions:
- Project Requirements & Planning: Collect and analyse network construction needs within the region. Develop annual regional company fixed asset investment and construction plans.
- Project Management: Oversee full lifecycle management of construction projects, from feasibility study and approval to final project acceptance. Manage internal processes for fixed asset investment projects in accordance with relevant policies.
- Project Documentation: Handle asset capitalization, documentation management, and handover for maintenance.
- Project Maintenance & Support: Manage equipment failure resolution during the maintenance period, ensuring complete issue closure.
- Guidance & Support for Country-Level Companies: Supervise and guide country-level construction project execution. Provide support for related initiatives undertaken by national companies.
- Implementation of HQ Directives: Ensure smooth execution of HQ Network Department initiatives within the region.
- Other Tasks: Complete other tasks assigned by department or senior leadership.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction engineering or network technology related roles.
- Solid knowledge of network construction and engineering.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
