Your Responsibilities:
- Works as interface to internal function area, coordinate and source internal resources to support sales and achieve all set targets.
- Manage project pipeline of Enterprise business team.
- Initiate, follow up contract and official document approval process and filing.
- Plan and organize marketing events.
- Budget control and analysis.
- Data maintenance and analysis in terms of account, revenue and cost, project log, business file, sales performance and arrears.
- Job assigned by Director of Enterprise business team.
Your skills:
- Bachelor degree in telecom, management, accounting/marketing related disciplines.
- Proven experience in a sales support/admin management/project management related position in telecom or IT industry.
- A high level of personal motivation and enthusiasm, quick learner, hard worker, good commercial awareness.
- Ability to work within a team as well as individually.
- Excellent writing, negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
