Responsibilities
- To assist to manage the international voice/SMS routing and pricing
- To assist to manage terminating and operational cost of different destinations and execute traffic routing for voice/SMS services, and manage international numbering plan of a-z destinations.
- To create and maintain the pricing tables, formulate wholesale pricing plans of tiered service classes, provide sales support to the sales team.
- To work out the demand of pricing and routing systems and work with the vendor of the system to improve the functions of the systems to meet the business needs.
- To cooperate with Network Operation Center (NOC) to handle the fault ticket for international wholesale voice business.
- To analyse periodic business performance and prepare relevant reports.
Requirements
- Holder of Bachelor\\\βs Degree or higher in related background
- Proficiency in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Mandarin/Cantonese Chinese language(s) is a plus, but not mandatory
- Knowledge in both bilateral deals, hubbing wholesales and LCR arrangement of voice/SMS preferred
- Be able to work under intense deadlines, multi-task, well organised and self-motivated team player
- Excellent in using Microsoft Excel and Power Point is required
- Candidates may be required to travel overseas from time to time
