Responsible for the management and coordination of daily M&E activities including coordination of all M&E services, shop drawings, combined services drawings. In-charge of Shop Drawing Submission, Method Statement and Material Submission to relevant Authorities and Consultants. Liaise with suppliers on the materials’ delivery schedule. Assist to develop a schedule for commencement and completion of M&E works to tie in with Master Schedule. Incorporate in structural and architectural elements in preparation and production of drawings. Liaise and communicate closely with client representative and consultants. Attend the project coordination meetings. Coordinate with sub-contractors and associates on planning and execution of M&E installation works. Monitoring of M&E progress and ensure completion is within schedule and budget. Ensure that sub-contractors' performance and quality are in line with company's requirement and standard. Verify the sub-contractors claims for works done. To take the lead to promote safety in all aspects of construction activities. Support and report to the Project Manager in all aspect of M&E services. Handle the compilation of handing over documents including as-built drawings and OMM.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or degree in relevant subject.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
