Set within 180 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside and just 15 minutes from Plymouth, China Fleet Country Club is a leading hospitality, leisure and events destination. We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to support the delivery of high-quality dining experiences for our guests.
The Role
Working within our busy Brasserie, you will be involved in food preparation and service while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation and hygiene. This is an excellent opportunity to further your culinary career within a supportive and professional kitchen team.
About You
We'd love to hear from you if you have
- NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality Food Preparation (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a professional kitchen
- A commitment to quality and food safety
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work collaboratively in a busy environment
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills
Hours
- Hours are 160 hours over 4 weeks.
- Straight shifts
- Paid breaks
- Daytime, evening and weekend working
- Closed on Christmas Day
Pay
£13.65 per hour
