We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at the China Fleet Country Club. The Sales Executive is accountable to the Business Development Manager and supports the delivery of sales growth across the Club, with a primary focus on Conference & Events. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer‑focused individual to play a key role in driving bookings, supporting the sales pipeline, and delivering an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to confirmation.

  • Handle incoming enquiries for conferences, meetings, events and weddings via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Respond promptly and professionally, qualifying leads and gathering key booking information.
  • Prepare and send tailored proposals, quotations, and follow‑ups to maximise conversions.
  • Actively manage and follow up on all live enquiries within the sales pipeline.
  • Promote the Club’s conference and event facilities to corporate and group clients.
  • Support site visits and familiarisation tours for prospective clients.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of confirmed bookings.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records within the CRM system.
  • Support outbound sales activity, including re‑engaging previous enquiries and prospecting new business.
  • Identify upsell opportunities across accommodation, catering, and additional services.
  • Contribute ideas for promotions and packages to drive conference and events revenue.
  • Provide excellent customer service at every stage of the enquiry and booking journey.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or events is beneficial but not essential; more important is a willingness to learn, a passion for customer service, and an interest in developing a career in sales.
