Join our talented kitchen team at China Fleet Country Club. Set within 180 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside and just 15 minutes from Plymouth, China Fleet Country Club is a leading hospitality, leisure and events destination. We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to support the delivery of high-quality dining experiences for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity to further your culinary career within a supportive and professional kitchen team.

Hours are 160 hours over 4 weeks - Straight shifts - Daytime, evening and weekend working.

Working within our busy Brasserie, you will be involved in food preparation and service while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation and hygiene.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality Food Preparation (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a professional kitchen
