What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing store team, driving engagement, motivation, and results.
  • Recruit, coach, and retain talent to build a culture of learning and performance.

  • Drive commercial success through effective management of sales, profit and loss, and store operations.
  • Maintain strong stock accuracy, availability, and visual presentation standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and health & safety requirements.
  • Execute marketing, promotions, and planograms with precision and consistency.
  • Champion the use of technology to enhance both team performance and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver regional success.
  • Complete our Qualified to Advise training, so you can support customers with trusted expertise.
