The Role

Do you enjoy working closely with suppliers and internal teams?

As an Own BrandSourcing Assistant, you\'ll manage data, track project milestones and build dashboards for our UK and EU teams. You\'ll handle RFIs, set up sourcing systems and maintain supplier relationships to ensure products reach shelves on time. From your first day, you\'ll have clear ownership and the chance to sharpen both analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report project milestones, critical paths and KPIs via Mondy.com and other portals
  • Create and refine dashboards monitoring supplier performance, cost trends and sourcing efficiency
  • Input and maintain product specifications, cost data and supplier agreements in internal systems
  • Serve as super user for sourcing portals, guiding colleagues on best practice
  • Coordinate RFIs and RFQs for vitamins, herbs, minerals, supplements and packaging
  • Liaise with suppliers to secure product and packaging samples for new product development
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve queries and keep records up to date
  • Work with Product Development, Quality Assurance and Supply Chain to align sourcing activities

Location: This is anhybrid role based in Nuneaton with requirement to be in the office at least twice a week.

The Person

  • Some experience in sourcing,procurement or supply chain or product development (internships orentry-levelroles welcome)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines
  • A practical problem solver who spots opportunities for improvement
  • Clear communicator with strong time-management skills
  • Proficient in Excel; comfortable with large datasets and basic analytical tools (v look ups, pivot tables)
  • Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems is a plus (training provided)
  • Detail-oriented, persistent and resourceful
