Holland & Barrett is seeking a Finance Business Partner for Retail Operations to shape the financial performance of a £650m UK & Ireland retail operation spanning more than 800 stores. This is a hybrid role with a minimum presence at our Nuneaton offices (CV10 7RH) for 2 days a week, with travel to stores as needed.
You will lead revenue and cost forecasting, partner with Retail Directors and Stores, and translate weekly and monthly reports into actionable insights that influence budgets and strategic decisions.
