- What you'll be doing
- Lead by example, supporting the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve store goals.
- Coach, motivate and develop colleagues, helping them build confidence, product knowledge and deliver their best every day.
- Complete our Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance to customers.
- Drive sales, stock availability, visual merchandising and operational excellence across the store.
- Support commercial performance through effective planning, cost control, compliance and safe working practices.
- Create a positive, inclusive environment where colleagues feel supported and customers enjoy every visit.
