- Partnering with the right people - wellness, health, lifestyle affiliates who actually move the needle. You'll recruit, negotiate, and nurture.

- Collaborating across Digital - Paid Media, SEO, CRM, Trading, Brand, Finance - you'll make sure affiliates are part of the bigger growth picture.
- Innovating - testing new models, exploring automation, and scaling internationally. You'll bring fresh thinking and make it stick.
- Getting TikTok Shop working for affiliates - finding the right creators, building smart partnerships, and making sure the numbers stack up.
- Making sure affiliate content actually gets seen - optimising listings, partner pages, and product links so they show up, get clicked, and convert.
How we’ll know you’re making an impact:
- Affiliate revenue is growing - and not just vanity growth, but profitable, incremental sales.
- ROI is strong, and partners are delivering real value.
- The programme is scalable, structured, and integrated across markets and categories.
- Reporting is tight, payments are accurate, and stakeholders aren’t chasing you for updates.
- You’re seen as the go-to person for affiliates - internally and externally.
The Person:
What you need:
- You’ve built and scaled programmes before - not just managed someone else’s.
- You know your way around networks, publishers, influencers, and tech platforms.
- You’re commercially sharp - you can negotiate deals and build commission models that work.
- You’re data-driven, strategic, and know how to influence senior stakeholders.
- You’re organised, entrepreneurial, and ready to own a function.
- You want to know what’s in it for you.
Here’s a taste:
- The salary's competitive and reflects your impact.
