The Role

Ready to empower thousands of colleagues with innovative learning experiences? We’re looking for an enthusiastic LMS Coordinator to join our Learning & Development team in Nuneaton. You’ll own the day-to-day administration of our Learning Management System - uploading content, creating users, coordinating bookings and generating insightful reports. As the go-to expert, you’ll troubleshoot issues, produce clear user guides and collaborate closely with L&D colleagues to roll out engaging, accessible learning experiences for our 10,000+ colleagues across Retail, Distribution, Hubs, BLX and International. This is your chance to blend technical know-how with creative problem-solving, shaping how Holland & Barrett learns and grows in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline support for LMS users, resolving issues and answering queries promptly
  • Administer user accounts, course creation, event bookings and content organisation
  • Collaborate with teams and SMEs to create learning pathways
  • Upload and schedule learning materials, compliance modules and specialised licences
  • Act as an LMS specialist, ensuring consistency and best practice across the system
  • Produce and maintain internal user guides, FAQs and quick-reference materials
  • Generate, analyse and distribute engagement and compliance reports to stakeholders
  • Manage training extension requests and bespoke learning support tickets

Location: This role is based in Nuneaton with requirements to be in the office at least twice a week.

The Person

  • Proven experience administering an LMS (e.g., Docebo, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Moodle)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel reporting, Word, PowerPoint) with strong data-handling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, able to simplify technical concepts
  • Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
  • Comfortable liaising with multiple teams to coordinate launches and updates
  • An initiative-taking, “can-do” attitude with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Enthusiastic about using technology to make learning engaging and effective
