We're looking for a Digital Analytics Manager to lead high-impact analytics initiatives across our digital and commercial operations landscape. This is an opportunity to shape strategy, influence senior stakeholders and lead a talented analytics team in a fast-moving, purpose-led business.
You’ll play a key role in helping teams make smarter decisions across trading, pricing, promotions and operational performance — using data to unlock growth and improve customer experiences.
Location & working arrangement: London, UK | Full Time
We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you’ll be present at our London office for a minimum of 2 days per week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading analytics initiatives across pricing, trading, promotions and commercial operations
- Managing, coaching and developing a team of analysts to deliver high-quality insights and reporting
- Partnering with stakeholders across Trading, Pricing, Commercial Operations and Supply Chain to shape priorities and drive impact
- Delivering dashboards and data products that support commercial decision-making
- Leading deep‑dive analysis into pricing performance, margin trends and stock optimisation
- Managing analytics roadmaps, priorities and delivery across multiple workstreams
- Collaborating with BI, Product, Data Engineering and Supply teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Championing data literacy and embedding insight‑led decision‑making across the business
Key requirements:
- Strong experience in analytics within a retail, digital or commercial environment
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing analytics teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Strong SQL capability and experience working with BI and visualisation tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Power BI or Looker
- A commercial mindset with experience analysing trading, pricing or operational performance
- Confidence translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- A collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A degree in a quantitative subject such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Engineering
