We’re looking for a new team member to join us in a senior management, outreach, and business development role. This is a full-time position based at our office in Tankersley (just north of Sheffield). You’ll work closely with all members of the team and have opportunities to travel and support mentors at events. Salary is negotiable, and you’ll be fully supported and guided into the role. Key Responsibilities
- Support, inspire, and lead the office team
- Maintain regular contact with staff for daily operations and team building
- Develop strategies to help us reach, engage, and support the public, organisations, and charities
- Be business-minded to ensure the financial security of the company
- Initiate, manage, and develop contracts with organisations
- Work closely with mentors to support delivery, outreach, operations, and team appraisal
