This role supports acquisition, feasibility and planning for new build homes and helps generate new business to meet growth targets.
You will work with senior staff, manage consultants, brief JV partners, carry out scheme appraisals and collaborate across Delivery, Sales and Aftercare to prioritise customers and residents.
