Chime Housing in Watford is hiring a New Build Aftercare Officer on an 18-month fixed term contract. The role combines office and site-based duties, coordinating repairs, inspections and customer communications for new build homes across Hertfordshire and nearby areas.
You will join the Quality and Aftercare team reporting to the Aftercare Manager, visiting sites, handling defects, handovers, and customer satisfaction surveys. Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office weekly, full-time 37 hours.
