The Vacancy
We have introduced a new team at Chime Housing! The Healthy Homes Team has been created to identify, assess and address Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) hazards, including but not limited to damp and mould. You'll be contributing towards creating safer, healthier living environments for our customers.
As a Healthy Homes Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our newly established Healthy Homes team. You'll be responsible for coordinating damp and mould cases, maintaining accurate records, liaising with residents and contractors, and helping ensure we meet regulatory requirements and service standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, customer-focused individual who enjoys working with data, managing processes, and making a positive difference to residents' homes and wellbeing.

As part of our newly formed Healthy Homes team, we're looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to help us deliver an excellent service to residents, support regulatory compliance, and ensure our property data is accurate and reliable. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team that is focused on making a real difference to customers' homes and wellbeing.
Role purpose
As Healthy Homes Administrator, you will provide a comprehensive administration service to the Healthy Homes team, supporting the management of Awaab's Law cases, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure that customers receive a responsive and effective service. Your work will contribute directly to improved customer outcomes, stronger compliance, and enhanced operational performance.
What's the role?
Key Accountabilities:
- Providing high-quality administration support to maintain accurate and reliable information within our housing management systems.
- Coordinating the administration of damp and mould cases, ensuring inspections, repairs, and follow-up actions are tracked and managed effectively.
- Keeping residents informed by providing timely updates on the progress of inspections and repair works.
- Monitoring cases against performance targets and escalating risks, delays, safeguarding concerns, or customer vulnerabilities where appropriate.
- Working closely with contractors to ensure repair updates are recorded accurately and services are delivered efficiently.
- Supporting wider data quality and data cleansing initiatives across the team.
- Assisting with performance reporting and KPI monitoring to help drive service improvements.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver better outcomes for customers.
What are we looking for?
Essential:
- Previous administration experience or the ability to demonstrate strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data.
- Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with customers, colleagues, and contractors.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating Chime's core behaviours.
Desirable:
- Experience working within housing, property, repairs, customer service, or a similar environment.
- Knowledge of housing management systems such as QL or similar specialist software.
- Experience supporting compliance, case management, or performance monitoring activities.
