Chilworth Partnership are partnering with a dynamic, international business to appoint a Head of FP&A as a result of continued growth. This is a high-impact leadership role at the centre of the organisation. Reporting directly to the CFO, the successful candidate will lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function, delivering high-quality insight, robust forecasting, and strategic decision support across the business.
Head of FP&A remit:
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Deliver meaningful financial insight and performance analysis to the Executive team.
- Implement, develop and enhance KPI reporting, dashboards, and management information.
- Support strategic initiatives including investment appraisal, pricing, and business cases.
- Build, develop and motivate a high-performing FP&A team.
Head of FP&A requirement:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification.
- Significant FP&A or commercial finance leadership experience.
- Track record of leading significant transformation of an FP&A function.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
