Chilworth Partnership is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious financial services business for a Head of Finance. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will prepare, control and report on the group’s financial performance, including consolidated monthly reporting, budgets and targets in strategic plans.
You will lead the Finance function, develop the leadership team, drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance and robust controls, and partner with senior leadership to shape the organisation's financial strategy.
