Chilwell School is seeking a dedicated and proactive Attendance Officer to join our team. This vital role supports the school’s mission to raise achievement by improving attendance and punctuality, ensuring all pupils benefit fully from their education. As Attendance Officer, you will provide a specialist service to monitor and promote school attendance, manage Student Services and build positive relationships with pupils and their families. The role involves home visits, liaising with external agencies and working closely with school staff to tackle persistent absence and support pupil wellbeing.
