The Chilterns Neuro Centre is seeking a Band 4 Activities and Carers Coordinator to lead the wellbeing programme and carer support initiatives within the Therapy Team.

You will supervise volunteers, coordinate activities, and help develop services that enhance physical, emotional and social wellbeing for members and carers.
