This is a hands-on role that is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships with young people and their families. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of monitoring attendance and reporting, although full training can be provided.
Our Attendance Officer is a key member of our support team and will work closely with the Head of Year and Support Workers to support good attendance so that students achieve the very best outcomes from their time at school. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with parents whilst maintaining a professional, non-judgemental stance.
