Our client, a well-established organisation based in Princes Risborough, is seeking a Reasonable Adjustments Manager to join their team on a part-time basis on a 12 month contract. This role focuses on coordinating reasonable adjustments within a professional education environment, ensuring individuals receive appropriate support in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies, while promoting a consistent and inclusive approach.

Key Duties

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for complex or escalated adjustment requests
  • Coordinating and managing adjustments to ensure a consistent and compliant approach
  • Liaising with individuals and external partners to gather supporting information
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential records of sensitive information
  • Producing reports on activity, performance and policy adherence
  • Supporting the review and development of policies in line with current legislation and best practice
  • Providing training and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Participating in review meetings to discuss cases, trends and improvements

Qualifications

  • Educated to A level or equivalent, or relevant professional experience
  • Experience reviewing documentation to determine appropriate support measures
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and presenting data
  • Knowledge of the Equality Act 2010 and its practical application
  • Understanding of adjustments that support accessibility and inclusion
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems
  • A patient, empathetic approach with a strong commitment to inclusive practice.
