We are currently recruiting for an experienced Temporary Administrator to join a busy and friendly office on an approx three-month assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied administrative role and can quickly become an effective member of the team. Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.15am - 5.00pm and Friday, 8.15am - 12.45pm. Some flexibility can be offered on the working hours; however, the successful candidate must be available to work Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing inbound telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Responding promptly to emails and general enquiries.
- Assisting with the transfer and input of data into a new CRM system.
- Supporting the team with document management, filing and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing general administrative support across the business.
- Undertaking any other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Able to learn new systems quickly and work confidently with different software.
- Experience using Apple Mac computers would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- A professional and confident telephone manner.
- Able to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A reliable team player with a proactive approach to work.
