Chiltern Way Academy Wendover is seeking a safeguarding-focused role within our safeguarding team, working closely with the Safeguarding, Welfare and Attendance Manager (SWAM). You will provide pastoral and therapeutic support to students, respond to safeguarding, attendance and welfare concerns, and work with families and external agencies.
