Chiltern Way Academy Wokingham is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant to support students aged 8-16 with ASC and SEMH in a nurturing environment. You will work closely with teachers to deliver tailored activities that encourage confidence and progress.
In this role you will assist with learning activities, support individuals and small groups, promote positive behaviour and help create a calm, safe classroom.
