Chiltern Way Academy Wendover provides education and care for young people aged 11-19 with ASC. As one of the Trust's largest and most dynamic campuses, Wendover delivers a balanced focus on academic achievement, life-skills development and personal growth, ensuring students are well prepared for further education, employment and independence. At Chiltern Way Academy Trust, we are rewriting the future for young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) and/or Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) through innovative, transformational education. We are seeking a Support Manager who will play an active role in managing, challenging and supporting ASC/SEMH students’ behaviour on a day‑to‑day basis.
