Our award-winning Multi Academy Trust provides cutting-edge, compassionate and personalised learning across our specialist campuses. We are seeking a Student Support Worker who will play an active role inmanaging, challenging and supporting ASC/SEMH students behaviour on a day to day basis.

We are seeking an individual to support the Head of Campus and SLT inimplementing ongoing behavioural interventions, supporting and encouragingstudents to be able to access their education and ensuring effectivecommunication is maintained throughout the school. We are looking for a strong team player with energy, creativity and empathy and a belief in every student's potential. A enthusiastic, resilient and reflective individual.
