Chiltern Way Academy Trust is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead our in-house ICT Technician team and oversee the outsourced ICT provider across eleven school sites in Buckinghamshire, Hampshire and Wokingham, including Orchard Way Academy which joins the Trust from September 2026. This is a hands-on delivery role, intended to implement the standards and budgets set by others, while ensuring reliable ICT infrastructure, licenses and assets on every site; safeguarding and data protection.
