Chiltern Way Academy Trust is seeking an Estates Programme Manager to lead the planning and delivery of our capital works programme across every campus, ensuring safe, compliant and well-presented environments for learners with ASC and SEMH needs.
You will work alongside the MAT Estates Manager—develop briefs, manage tenders, monitor budgets and report progress to the COO and FPGP Committee, while supporting funding, condition surveys, and asset management plans within a values-led Trust.
