Chiltern Way Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated Academy Safeguarding, Welfare and Attendance Manager (SWAM) to lead safeguarding, wellbeing and attendance across our campuses. The role includes Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead responsibilities and ensuring robust safeguarding practices and pastoral support across the academy.
Working with academy leaders, families and external agencies, you will manage complex safeguarding matters, support staff development, and analyse data to drive improvement.
