Chiltern Way Academy Trust seeks an experienced Academy Safeguarding, Welfare and Attendance Manager (SWAM) to lead safeguarding across our Hampshire-based campuses and the wider Trust. The role will deputise as Designated Safeguarding Lead and promote high-quality pastoral support, attendance interventions and student engagement.
The successful candidate will analyse data to drive improvements, develop staff through training, and collaborate with families and external agencies to ensure every student receives the necessary support.
