We are a highly successful, award-winning Specialist Multi Academy Trust supporting children and young people aged 4-19 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Across our nine sites, we combine state-of-the-art facilities with a highly skilled staff team to provide high-quality education and care for the full spectrum of behavioural and autism needs.
We are seeking a talented Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Hampshire to play a key role in developing and delivering a high-quality, integrated SALT service across the Trust.
About the role:You will work collaboratively to establish and develop speech and language therapy provision, delivering specialist, outcome-focused interventions and embedding communication strategies across the curriculum. You will also lead and contribute to staff training and professional development, supporting a whole-school approach to meeting speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).
About you:- Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC and RCSLT registration
- Experience working with children and young people with ASC, SEMH and complex communication needs
- Skilled in multidisciplinary working, clinical leadership, and delivering training
- Committed to evidence-based, functional and outcome-focused practice
