An opportunity has arisen for a Driver with a full, clean driving licence to join our growing company in the Enfield area on a Full-time / Part-time / Bank basis at Β£10 per hour.

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy a number of indoor and outdoor activities, with the ability to encourage and prompt others to join in. Essential for this job will be driving (mostly manual) vehicle approximately 4 hours per day. A full driving license is required.

Working hours are 8am - 20:00pm, Monday to Sunday (6 days a week excluding Saturday) on a shift basis. Chiltern Support & Housing are a specialist health and social care provider supporting individuals with a person centred approach to live and access the community around them.

You must be determined, empathetic and committed to making a difference to our clients' lives. If you approach every situation with respect and a genuine caring nature, we want to hear from you.

Ideally you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing care to people with autism and learning difficulties
  • Experience in driving long distances (for occasional long distance activities)
  • NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care
  • Great energy, positive body language, passion for care
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to report on service user's condition, in a clear concise manner, both written and verbally
  • Good hygiene and infection control skills
