Temporary opportunity ( Immediately available) Our client, based in Staines is looking for a HR administrator to join them for 1-2 weeks starting on Tuesday 3rd December 2024. This position would suit someone with experience who is potentially between opportunities or maybe you are recent graduate with little exposure to HR but keen to develop your skill set further. There is a possibility this could be extended. Key requirements: * Dealing with highly sensitive and confidential data * Going through employee files, following provided GDPR guidelines re: what to retain and what to shred * Scan and save under correct file names in employee files * Logging citizenship details. * HUGE amount of scanning – then file saving into defined employee file subfolders * If time – support in sorting employee files (electronic) * Scanning, and using Outlook * Attention to detail key * Requirement to be in the Staines office 3 to 4 days per week preferably 4 days * Role – Mon to Fri, but happy to look at 4 days for the right person * Free parking at office (if space) and free breakfast and lunch in the canteen
