This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary of £26,000–£27,000 per year, Monday to Saturday working hours with one weekday off, and a supportive working environment focused on delivering excellent customer experience without high-pressure sales targets.
About the Role: The Showroom Sales Consultant will act as a first point of contact for customers, delivering personalised advice and support from initial enquiry through to post-sale aftercare. Whether it’s advising on layout ideas, confirming product suitability, or organising deliveries, the role offers a consultative, service-led approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients to the showroom and assisting with product selection
- Providing tailored advice on materials, finishes, and installation
- Managing orders from enquiry to delivery, ensuring smooth communication throughout
- Processing sales and payments, handling email and phone enquiries
- Dispatching samples, tracking sales leads, and ensuring top-tier aftercare
- Working closely with a small, dynamic showroom team in a fast-paced environment
About You: Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a customer-facing sales environment and a natural flair for interior design or visual aesthetics. A keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple customer needs are essential. You’ll also need:
