Our client, a specialist manufacturing provider based in High Wycombe, is seeking Assembly Technicians to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a quality-driven environment, contributing to the assembly of innovative products used across major projects throughout the UK and internationally. This role is available on a temporary and temp-to-perm basis, offering long-term potential for the right candidate.
Key Duties:
- Assembling bespoke product systems to specification
- Reading and interpreting basic technical drawings
- Supporting project delivery and meeting production deadlines
- Providing technical assembly support to internal teams
- Maintaining quality standards across all builds
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Key Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Proactive, flexible and reliable attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Basic IT skills and organised working style
- Practical or DIY-related skills/interest
Desirable Experience:
- Manufacturing or assembly experience
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Electrical or joinery background
- Forklift Truck licence (advantageous)
