Our client, a well-established organisation based near Gerrards Cross, is seeking a Senior PA & Office Manager (Maternity Cover) to join their busy administrative team from September 2026 on a one-year fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA or office professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting senior leadership while overseeing day-to-day office operations.
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to senior staff members while ensuring the smooth running of a busy front-office environment. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, professional, adaptable and confident managing multiple priorities. This is a term-time plus position, based fully on-site.
Key Duties:- Providing full PA support to senior leadership staff
- Managing diaries, meetings, correspondence and scheduling
- Supporting the smooth running of the main office and wider administrative functions
- Acting as a professional first point of contact for visitors, clients and stakeholders
- Preparing reports, documents and communications using Microsoft Office
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal database systems
- Supporting wider administrative processes and operational projects
- Line managing administrative support staff within the office team
- Liaising professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with additional operational and administrative duties as required
- Previous experience within a senior PA, Executive Assistant or Office Manager position
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience using database systems and administrative software
- The ability to prioritise effectively within a busy environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, professional and adaptable approach
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Salary circa £38,000 per annum
