A respected professional services provider based in Buckinghamshire is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on email campaigns to join their growing marketing function. This hybrid opportunity offers the flexibility of working from home for most of the week, with just one day in the office per week.

Working closely with the Content Marketing Manager and wider marketing and development teams, the successful candidate will play a vital role in the planning, execution, and optimisation of targeted digital campaigns. With a particular emphasis on email marketing, this role is ideal for someone looking to take ownership of campaign delivery, data-driven performance tracking, and systems management within a purpose-led organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns.
  • Segment and target audiences for acquisition, retention, event promotion, and service launches.
  • Develop lifecycle and automated campaigns to improve engagement and maximise uptake of services.
  • Maintain and build responsive email templates aligned to brand and tone-of-voice standards.
  • Act as the organisation’s subject matter expert for bulk email systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Monitor campaign performance using data insights to inform content, strategy, and segmentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across internal departments and external agencies.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies that support business objectives and service adoption.
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality within CRM for targeted marketing and reporting.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong background in email marketing, including campaign management and optimisation.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Hands-on experience delivering integrated digital campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and trends.
  • Understanding of UX principles and email design best practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and audience segmentation.
