Our client, a well-established professional services organisation, is seeking a Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal to support its property team in High Wycombe. This is a full-time, office-based role offering full training, long-term career development and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within commercial property work. This position would suit a motivated and organised individual with a genuine interest in conveyancing and property law. Previous conveyancing experience would be beneficial, although applications are also welcomed from graduates or candidates looking to develop their legal career within a supportive professional environment.
Key duties:
- Providing administrative and legal support to fee earners on commercial conveyancing matters.
- Drafting, reviewing and preparing legal documents, correspondence and transaction paperwork.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors and third parties to help progress property transactions efficiently.
- Assisting with post-completion tasks, including Land Registry applications and related documentation.
- Maintaining accurate records, managing files and supporting the wider team with day-to-day conveyancing tasks.
