We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team in a part-time capacity (Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm). This administrative and customer support role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes, client interaction, and working with systems. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, initially with one day working from home, with the potential for increased flexibility following successful completion of training.

  • Dealing with Client arrangements
  • Renewing licences – tracking and monitoring
  • IT safety/compliance admin
  • Answering the phone, taking messages and helping clients
  • Calling clients to discuss matters when needed
  • Interacting with license software
  • Sending instructions to clients, sending over pdf’s and talking through with clients to ensure they understand the process
  • Computer literate – Must have a good understanding of Microsoft products and excellent system knowledge
