Role Overview:
Working closely with the Senior Events Manager and cross‑functional teams, the postholder will analyse audience and stakeholder needs, identify topical themes, source high‑impact speakers, and partner with marketing to boost event awareness, attendance, and sponsorship.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging event content aligned with organisational priorities.
- Manage speaker sourcing, briefing, and logistics.
- Collaborate with marketing to support effective event launches and promotion.
- Evaluate and report on event impact, applying insights to enhance future performance.
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth event delivery.
