Our Client is seeking a reliable and organised Accounts and Office Administrator in High Wycombe.
The role will suit someone with practical accounting skills, strong computer knowledge and the confidence to support a busy office.
This permanent, full-time position combines bookkeeping and accounts administration with general office support in a B2B environment.
The salary is £30,000 per annum. The role is office-based, working Monday to Friday, 37.50 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Carry out basic bookkeeping using Sage 50 Accounts
- Raise sales invoices and follow up outstanding payments
- Enter purchase invoice data through Dext
- Process supplier statements
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Process employee expenses and petty cash
- Produce profit and loss reports
- Raise delivery notes
- Respond to emails
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the office
Experience required
- Practical accounting skills and experience using Sage 50 Accounts
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Confidence using computers for accounts and administrative work
- A reliable and organised approach
- Good communication skills
