Chiltern Railways operates commuter/regional rail passenger services from its Central London terminus at London Marylebone along the M40 corridor to destinations in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Warwickshire, as well as long-distance services to the West Midlands. What You’ll Experience: * Comprehensive Training: Our Driver Apprenticeship Programme spans 12-18 months and includes a blend of classroom instruction, modular assessments, and practical training with experienced driving instructors. * Structured Schedule: Enjoy the benefits of knowing your shifts in advance, allowing you to plan. * Supportive Environment: Learn in a supportive setting where your growth and development are our priorities.
