Role Overview:
This Graduate Engineer position offers a balance of hands-on technical work and customer-facing activities, making it ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in a high-tech, customer-focused environment.
Execution of Customer Orders:
- Focused on the company's products, such as robotic drilling, inspection, and guidance systems.
- Responsibilities include developing measurement plans, robot simulation, metrology, system setups, and customer-facing activities (e.g., demonstrations, training, support).
- This aspect of the role is hands-on, often involving travel and long hours, with on-the-job training.
- Involves product development, specifically CAD and simulation.
- Initial tasks will include overseeing the manufacture of specific company products and supporting documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth and Adoption: Support the business's growth by driving the adoption of the company's technology and delivering standard products to the market.
- Customer-Facing Activities: Engage with customers through demonstrations, training, technical support, and project coordination.
- First-line support for customers until the system is accepted.
