Aylesbury Silver Singers is a fun, lively, and energetic weekly singing group for older adults, including those living with age-related illnesses such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. The group aims to connect people through music and singing, reduce social isolation, and improve wellbeing in the local community. No previous musical experience is needed for participants.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Volunteer Community Musician to support the Aylesbury Silver Singers group. Sessions focus on shared singing, enjoyment, and connection in a welcoming, inclusive environment. You will take part in singing and music-making and support the group manager and therapist to help sessions run smoothly and remain positive, accessible, and engaging for all.
