United Learning are delighted to have opened a new school in Ashford.ChilmingtonGreen School is anewsecondary school which opened in September 2023 with its first cohort of 120 Year 7 students. We have an exciting new opportunity for a Cluster HR Assistant to join our growing Ashford cluster, supporting Wye and Chilmington Green Schools. You will be working as part of a close-knit team that works hard to ensure the smooth running of the schools’ HR function. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, flexible,possessexcellent IT skills, and will be able to communicate effectively with staff and external candidates. Experience of working within an HR and/or educational setting would be desirable but not essential.

Requirements:

• Ability to act with discretion andmaintainconfidentiality at all times.
• Previousadministrative or office experience essential, preferably in a school environment.
• Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple demands.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficiencywith Office 365 including MS Teams.
