Since 2010, we've been on a mission that hasn't changed: accelerate the adoption and everyday use of reusable products. What started in a bedroom packed with boxes is evolving into an aspirational lifestyle brand, active in creative culture - music, art and fashion. This isn't about ticking boxes or playing it safe. We need someone who thrives on shaking up the status quo and turning strategy into action that actually moves the needle.

Job Responsibilities

  • Bringing our new culture platform to life in communities and spaces that influence our urban active consumers.
  • Drive our social and cultural strategies that keep us ahead of trends without lazily following them.
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies across every consumer touchpoint that don't just reach consumers—they convert them.
  • Protect the new brand identity and our broader lifestyle positioning, ensuring we always show up right.
  • Refine how we connect with our trend-driven, performance-minded, and quality-focused audiences.
  • Turn insights into strategies that cut through the noise.
  • Lead campaigns that stick, creating content and experiences across all earned and organic driving channels that embody our disruptive, authentic, obsessive nature.
  • Forecast marketing investment with precision, track spend ruthlessly, and prove ROI that justifies our ambitious vision.
  • Lead, mentor and develop our team using our mantras.
  • Direct agency relationships and freelance talent to get the best from everyone.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally for a lifestyle brand rooted in youth culture that's actually moved the needle, not just maintained status quo.
  • Cultural intelligence; you're plugged into the movements that matter to our audience without being a trend-chaser.
  • Degree in Marketing, CIM qualification, or Marketing Week Mini MBA completion is preferable.
  • We value marketers who understand the fundamentals—segmentation, targeting, positioning, and brand management—not just the latest trends.
  • Consumer obsessed; you interpret insights like a detective and turn them into strategies that resonate with urban creatives.
  • Comfortable leading projects across teams and departments without losing momentum.
  • You see challenges as opportunities to try something new.
  • Happy crafting the big picture and perfecting the details that make it work.
  • Continuous improvement mindset; you work at pace but never sacrifice quality, always asking "how can we do this better?".

Chilly's Approach

  • Consumer Obsessed: Everything we do starts and ends with understanding our consumers and delivering what they actually need.
  • Lead the Change: We never settle. We set standards and exceed them.
  • Less but Better: We work deliberately and decisively, focusing on what matters and being brave enough to say no to what doesn't.
  • Ambitiously Collaborate: We care as much about each other's contributions as our own, supporting one another to grow and learn.
  • Find a Way: We don't accept "can't be done." We find solutions that others miss.

25 days holiday + birthday day off, pension contribution, private healthcare and wellbeing support (including Bupa), life insurance, employee discounts and product allowance, cycle to work and tech schemes, regular team socials and perks platform access.
