As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative you will be out supporting residents and guests with responsive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from job to job, on your planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks. The candidate will need plenty of previous experience and a positive can do attitude to excel in this role. Meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key.
Role Criteria:
- Will have a minimum of 5 years experience.
- Have experience in multiple trades such as plumbing and plastering and be prepared to work in occupied properties.
- Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
- Be a great team player as well as having the ability to work on your own and use your own initiative.
- Must take ownership in fault finding and maintenance repairs, aiming for a first-time completion whilst remaining within budget and time parameters.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
